Credits and payments
ValueShift uses a credit model for inspection and lookup features. Current prices are shown in the app at the time of purchase. Credits do not expire unless required by policy or law.

Inspection limits
AI inspection results are decision-support signals, not a substitute for a qualified physical inspection or independent legal, mechanical, or financial advice.

Listing conduct
Fraudulent, stolen, misleading, unsafe, or unlawful vehicle listings may be removed. Accounts involved in abuse may be restricted or terminated.

RC and verification data
Registry and verification information depends on third-party or government-linked data sources. Users should independently verify details before completing a transaction.

Liability
ValueShift is not responsible for final vehicle purchase outcomes, negotiation decisions, third-party data inaccuracies, or losses outside the limits permitted by applicable law.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
